The 'Advancing Teaching Capacity in Catering Learning Diversity' subject head training programme gave teacher leaders — edupreneurs — a framework for identifying and analysing the features of their own subject department.
Using this framework, participants constructed pedagogical strategies and practised entrepreneurial leadership to cater to the rapidly changing needs of students and teachers, taking a practice-oriented approach to professional reflection on catering to learning diversity.
