Leadership Development Programme for Middle Leaders of Primary Schools

The Leadership Development Programme for Middle Leaders of Primary Schools was commissioned by the Education Bureau to support participants upon their promotion to Senior Primary School Master (SPSM).

As with the parallel PGM and SGM courses, it focused on four shared objectives: developing mentoring skills and collegial support, encouraging self-reflection for personal and professional growth, building effective approaches to common school concerns, and fostering networking with fellow educators and universities.
