In response to the Review Report of the Task Force on School-Based Management (SBM) Policy and to support serving and potential Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) supervisors and managers in understanding school operations, the Education Bureau (EDB) commissioned The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) to provide the Structured Manager Training Programme (SMTP) for the 2026/27 school year.
