Professional Development Course for Secondary School Graduate Teachers

The Professional Development Course for Secondary School Graduate Teachers was commissioned by the Education Bureau to support participants upon their promotion to Senior Graduate Master (SGM) or Education Officer (EO).

As with the parallel PGM and SPSM courses, it focused on four shared objectives: developing mentoring skills and collegial support, encouraging self-reflection for personal and professional growth, building effective approaches to common school concerns, and fostering networking with fellow educators and universities.
