School-based Middle Leaders Training applied research findings on edupreneurship to support middle-leadership development in schools, using a practice-oriented approach to guide teachers' professional reflection and develop middle and teacher leaders as "Edupreneurs."

The project delivered 284 hours of meetings, workshops, consultations and sharing sessions to a total of 318 teacher beneficiaries, helping participating schools clarify their strengths and weaknesses and formulate feasible, effective improvement initiatives.
