Educational Administration and Management Course for Senior School Administrators in Secondary Schools

The Educational Administration and Management Course for Senior School Administrators in Secondary Schools was commissioned by the Education Bureau to support participants upon their promotion to Principal Graduate Master (PGM) or Senior Education Officer (SEO).

The course focused on four objectives: developing mentoring skills and collegial support, encouraging self-reflection for personal and professional growth, building effective approaches to common school concerns, and fostering networking with fellow educators and universities.
