The 'Advancing Subject Head Capacity with the Insight of GBA Practices' middle leaders training programme trained subject heads to become facilitators within their own subject panels.
Participants took part in a series of workshops, consultation sessions and peer lesson observations, with a one-day visit to schools in the Greater Bay Area giving them first-hand insight into practices beyond their own school context.
