Developing Middle Leaders as Entrepreneurial Teachers

Developing Middle Leaders as Entrepreneurial Teachers provided a comprehensive study of current theories and applied research in middle leadership, innovation and entrepreneurialism, covering organisational restructuring and the practices and principles of organisational development and innovation.

Its results were disseminated through a teaching professional training programme, and the project built a lasting network between The Education University of Hong Kong and participating schools, as well as among the participating schools themselves.
