Service Leadership 3Cs for Entrepreneurial Teacher Leaders provided a comprehensive study of current theories and applied research in middle leadership, innovation and entrepreneurialism ("edupreneurialism"), grounded in Po Chung's "3Cs" — competence, character and care — the qualities needed to become a great service leader.

Participants explored the notion of innovation for continuous improvement, analysed their own organisations to understand the factors facilitating and prohibiting change, and worked in teams to identify entrepreneurial solutions within the East Asian context.
