As part of the 'i-Journey' Paid Non-local Study Leave Scheme for Teachers, the Education University of Hong Kong is delivering professional support for two customised programmes: Assessment Literacy (A7) and Self-directed Learning (A9). Each programme includes pre-trip preparation in Hong Kong, overseas study and school attachments, and post-trip consolidation leading to the implementation of school-based projects. The University provides structured learning courses, ongoing mentoring, and professional guidance to equip participants with global insights, advanced research skills, and practical strategies. Participants are supported in designing, refining, and implementing impactful projects in their own schools. Emphasis is placed on integrating overseas experiences with local practices to enhance teaching and learning. Successful initiatives will be shared with the broader education community, contributing to sustainable professional development and educational innovation in Hong Kong schools.
