This programme provides a comprehensive study of current theories and applied research in middle leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurialism. It reveals practices and principles of organisational restructuring, organisational development, and innovation, presenting strategies for supporting entrepreneurialism in educational organisations (edupreneurialism).

The result of teacher entrepreneurialism has been disseminated as a teaching professional training programme. In addition, a network has been built up between EdUHK and the participant schools, and between the participant schools.
