This training programme aims to provide a framework for teacher leaders in schools, also known as edupreneur, to identify and analyse the features of a subject department, construct corresponding pedagogical strategies and perform entrepreneurial leadership to cater for the rapid-changing needs of students and teachers. The team employs a practice-oriented approach to guide teachers’ professional reflection to equip themselves to cater student's learning diversity.
